Facts About Allan Camp
Allan Camp has been a major influence in Connecticut radio broadcasting for 30 years. He hails from Rutland, Vermont where he began his broadcasting career at a radio station there. He has been at WRCH in Farmington, CT since 1989 when he was hired as the Program Director as well as the host of the Morning Show. Businesspeople in the community and celebrities who visit Hartford are always excited by his participation in fundraisers and other special events. In homes and offices throughout the WRCH listening area, his Morning Show offers up contemporary light music, anecdotes in good taste and pertinent information such as weather and traffic reports. When he's off the dial, he's behind a camera. Many of his photos are available for viewing online. He's a proud father, too. His children are UCONN graduates.
